Looking For a Baker...





Important things to consider when selecting a cake preparer

Can a cake be both delicious and beautiful?
I feel every cake should be beautiful without losing the integrity of the flavor.

Does the baker offer a consultation and tasting?
I offer consultations and tastings at no fee for the bride-to-be.
My tastings provide fresh sample cake, not frozen.

Does the baker offer custom flavors and designs?
I offer custom design  exclusively for the client.
I never design the same cake twice.
I also offer custom flavors.  If there is a taste that
is special to you, I will custom design the flavor to your liking.

Will the baker be placing the flowers or is it up to the florist?
I place all flowers on the cake in order to protect the integrity of the cake
and of course to follow through with the design.

Does the baker offer groom cakes?
I offer custom designed groom cakes for either the
rehearsal dinner or for that special day.

Are there fees for delivery and setup?
When I quote a price for the cake, it includes delivery and setup.
There are no hidden fees.

oes the baker work with fondant?
I work with my own recipe fondant that is
sure to delight your guests.

Is everything on your baker's cake edible? 

                  I work with beautiful gum paste striving to ensure that everything
                            on your cake is edible, handmade and not made with plastic and/or props. 

Does your baker use real butter in the butter cream?
I use creamy real butter butter cream.
I use only the finest ingredients to create your cake.

Does your baker offer a non-dairy whipped cream icing?
I offer a fluffy light non-dairy  pastry cream which ensures that the
integrity of the cream
will not be compromised if left out at a party.
